There is a lot of debate of who the manufacturer is for this mark but I believe these to be from Giulio Richard of Milan but it is possible they may be marked for Joseph Gaspard Robert. There is also talk of a Johansson Roth associated with Meissen but I haven't seen any evidence of that name in my Meissen books. !
