Large Antique Chinese Export Blue Fitzhugh Platter 17" Damaged

This wonderful platter measure 17" by 13.75" wide and 2" tall. In the second picture there is white spot near the large chips which is only glare from the light. There is also some disturbance to glaze near the center of the plate as shown in the last picture. !
