1930's Art Deco Possibly Handel Lamp Base

Up for sale is a beautiful art deco possibly Handel lamp from the 20's-30's. The cord is present but is partially disconnected from the lamp so I could not plug it in to test it. Their is no chips, cracks, or pieces missing and the metal on the base and top of the black center is beautifully decorated. !
