Attractive Large Antique Victorian Carved Oak Hall Console Table with Drawer
A lovely antique Victorian carved oak table. We date this table to the second half of the 19th century. The table sits on turned legs at the front with oblong section legs to the rear. The legs are braced with side to side and front to rear oblong section stretchers. The main table is oblong in shape and has a decoratively carved drawer front and side apron. There is a single drawer at the front of the table. It is opened by using recessed handles under the front edge. The table has a height of 36.5" (93cm), a width of 54.5" (139cm) and a depth of 21" (53cm). This lovely Victorian oak side table remains in good solid condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is some wear to the finish on the top surface and it has a very slight age gap between the panels. !
