Vintage Antique High Quality Ships Wheel Yacht Clock Case Chelsea Style?

Up for sale is this interesting Yacht Wheel Ships Bell Clock Case. There are no makers signature or serial numbers so I don't know who made it, but it seems like a pretty high quality case. The bezel glass is a little loose, it slides around a bit, and there is oxidation to the finish and some rust to the non brass parts. Looks like it was either copper or bronze coated over brass. Measures about 8" diameter including the Wheel, the interior Bezel is about 4 3/4" diameter. Please view all 12 photos to help judge condition. !
