SFAM was created in 1894 ( Societe Francaise d'Alliage de Metaux). SFAM in lozenge on the other side. SFAM and "inoxydable on blade ". The case measures about 9" x 5/6" with 2 brass clasps and a pale yellow satin silk lining. !
