Vintage Flock of Seagulls wall sculpture MCM Artisan House C. Jere ?

On the larger sized Jere version there are normally a couple of round loop hanging attachments, I do not recall if the smaller version had the same but this one does not have any of those. There are two small loops of wire attached that the original owner was using to hang this off the wall from. !
