Vintage English Fraser brass 4 section wooden telescope

The cardboard case is missing an end.The picture showing the 4 sections is not fully extened which is approx.28". Sliding cover on eye piece. It is embossed on the first section Fraser Bono St. London It is approx.9 1/2"closed and 2" in diam.All opticals are in place and appear in good condition.It seems to work fine, however the first section or draw out of the barrell seems loose and it doesn't focus that sharp.I don't know how to adjust these things. !
